1. Information we collect
Details you submit. When you fill in an enquiry, home-loan, or floor-plan form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred configuration, budget or loan details you choose to share, and anything you write in the message box.
Facebook / Instagram Instant Forms. If you submit a lead form inside Facebook or Instagram for one of our advertised projects, Meta transmits the details you entered there (name, phone number, email address, and your answers) to our enquiry system.
Collected automatically. We may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the advertising source that brought you here, and the identifiers listed under Cookies below.
2. Cookies and similar identifiers
_fbp,_fbc— Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising cookies used to measure which advertisements led to an enquiry. Stored for up to 90 days._gclid— Google Ads click identifier used to report enquiry conversions back to Google Ads. Stored for up to 90 days.ls_xid— a random first-party visitor ID we generate; it contains no personal details. Stored for up to 180 days.- Session storage — remembers the source of your visit (Meta, Google, or direct) for the duration of your browser session.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; enquiry forms continue to work without them.
3. How we use your information
- To call, WhatsApp, or email you about the project, floor plan, or home-loan assistance you requested.
- To route your enquiry to the appropriate advisor on our team.
- To measure advertising performance and improve our campaigns.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations applicable to RERA-registered channel partners.
We do not send marketing spam, and we never sell your personal data.
4. Advertising measurement (Meta & Google)
When you submit a form, we may report the conversion to Meta Platforms (via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) and to Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics 4) so we can understand which advertisement worked. For Meta, identifiers such as your email address and phone number are sent in hashed (irreversible) form, together with technical data such as your IP address and browser type, solely for conversion matching. Meta and Google act as our data processors for this purpose and are bound by their respective data-processing terms.
5. Who we share data with
- The relevant developer (for example, the promoter of the project you enquired about) — only when you pursue a site visit, allotment, or booking.
- Meta and Google — as advertising-measurement processors, as described above.
- Our internal team — your enquiry is stored in our secure CRM; advisors are alerted with the information needed to assist you.
- Service providers — our website hosting provider stores data on our behalf.
We never publish, rent, or sell your details to third-party marketers or broker databases.
6. Data retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction, after which they are deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required for a transaction you completed or by law.
7. Your rights
In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you may at any time:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Ask us to correct inaccurate details;
- Ask us to delete your data (“right to erasure”);
- Withdraw consent to further contact — one reply saying “stop” is enough.

8. Security
Enquiry data is stored in an access-controlled system; team members see only the information required for their work. Access tokens and integrations follow least-privilege principles, and our website enforces HTTPS throughout.
9. Children
This website is intended for adults evaluating real estate. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted details, contact us and we will delete them.
10. Third-party links
Links to WhatsApp, developer websites, or map services are governed by those platforms’ own privacy policies once you leave our site.
